I noticed Jupiter Fund Management (LON:JUP) was up a bit over xmas period on no news its cheap as chips but is relying on fund flows to happen again at some point.
My Top Five:

International Consolidated Airlines SA (LON:IAG)
Eurocell (LON:ECEL)
MPAC (LON:MPAC)
This is just over a third of my total portfolio, although the rest is less concentrated.

Hi Phoenix, I wouldn’t quite say that. I did put my current top 5 holdings further down in the thread, but they are Warpaint London (LON:W7L) , ME International (LON:MEGP) , Volex (LON:VLX) , XPS Pensions (LON:XPS) , Beeks Financial Cloud (LON:BKS) . I need to reconsider on Warpaint London (LON:W7L) and ME International (LON:MEGP) these are carried over from last year, have performed well, but not sure they will repeat the same success in 2025. I might adjust the weighting into some of my other positions PayPoint (LON:PAY) Gamma Communications (LON:GAMA) , Frp Advisory (LON:FRP) , Spectra Systems (LON:SPSY) . There is my top 10 but follow with extreme caution.

I hold a diverse UK focused portfolio which averaged 12% at year end of 2024, with large caps in particular holding up very well whilst the small caps went into a steep decline from September onwards. The main sells were following takeover bids (eg Darktrace (LON:DARK^J24) , Britvic (LON:BVIC), TI Fluid Systems (LON:TIFS). Interesting to see (the diversity of) everyone's lists below, and wishing you all a great new year.

A big change from previous years when Shoe Zone and Impax Asset Management would have been included. Shoe Zone has been sold and Impax has had a poor year. Leading to a disappointing overall flat performance for 2024. And a decision to cut even longer term positions on under performance more quickly in future .
We must be using a similar screen Ben four of your picks bar XP Power (LON:XPP) come up on my quality mid cap garp screen.
Hopefully mid caps will kick on in 2025.

A very close 6th is Wise (LON:WISE) almost neck and neck with HSBC. Poor year in 2024 with a total portfolio return of 6.8%, almost half that of the prior year. A few poorly timed index trades didn't help. I do have it as one of my rules to trade shares not indices and whenever I break the rule I am quickly reminded why!

Sorry there are 6 but 3 are inseparable on 4th equal.
The Property Franchise (LON:TPFG) holding arose solely from the 2024 share for share takeover of Belvoir (which I first bought in 2021).
It will be clear that I am a long term investor, not an active trader and have learned from painful experience to run my winners. So four of these became large holdings by multi-bagging over many years. Clarkson (LON:CKN) (up 17 times since first purchase) and (particularly) Diploma (LON:DPLM) (up 39 times since first purchase) have been regularly top sliced either to bring them back under 10% of the portfolio (my risk threshold) or because they seemed particularly overvalued at the time. Others have fallen out of the top 5 despite multi-bagging over many years because they then drifted sideways (eg FW Thorpe (LON:TFW) and James Halstead (LON:JHD)) or, worse still, dropped significantly from the peak (eg Gooch & Housego (LON:GHH, RWS Holdings (LON:RWS) and XP Power (LON:XPP))- so still good long term winners but poor recent share price performance. But if I sell after a poor patch, I might miss out on future multi-bagging (as I did with Games Workshop (LON:GAW) , buying in 2014 then losing faith and banking a modest profit in 2016).
Before I learned to run my winners, I would often sell to take a quick 30% or 50% profit because I thought the share had gone from cheap to fully valued or overvalued, so missing out on what would have been multi-baggers if held: Halma (LON:HLMA), Rotork (LON:ROR), Spirax (LON:SPX) , Renishaw (LON:RSW) and Next (LON:NXT) spring to mind.
