ZIGUP PLC announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(R), that Bindi
Karia, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed
as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Telecom Plus PLC with effect from
13 August 2024.
