Zenith Energy Ltd. is an independent energy company with energy production, exploration and development assets in North Africa, the United States and Europe. It is focused on the development of energy production assets, as well as low-risk exploration activities in assets with existing production. Its subsidiary, Compagnie Du Desert Ltd (CDD), holds a 100% interest in the El Bibane and Robbana concessions in Tunisia. It has a 98.64% shareholding in Canoel Italia S.r.l., which holds various working interests in over 13 onshore exploration and production properties in Italy. It has a 99.87% shareholding in Leopard Energy Inc., which is engaged in software development. It also has a 5% royalty interest in a package of seven producing wells located in the Eagle Ford Shale, Lavaca County, Texas. It also owns two solar energy production assets in Italy, in the regions of Liguria and Sicily. It is seeking to acquire further oil and gas assets in Asia, the United States and other areas.
