XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a sports and gaming digital media company, confirms its
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and its Notice
of Annual General Meeting have been published and posted to shareholders who
have requested them and are now available to download from the Company's
website at www.xlmedia.com (http://www.xlmedia.com/) .

 

Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is scheduled to be held on
Friday, 28 June 2024 at Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, One Bartholemew
Close, London, EC1A 7BL. The meeting will commence at 9.30 a.m.

 

The result of the AGM will be announced shortly afterwards and published on
