Update on Publication of Audited Financial Statements

 

Further to the announcement on 8 February 2024, Woodbois Ltd (AIM: WBI), a
leading company in the international timber industry, now expects to publish
its audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 during
the month of June, having been delayed due to auditors' seasonal workload and
because of a primary internal focus on the reorganisation and streamlining of
operations and personnel.
