Wojas SA is a Poland-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture, wholesale and retail trade of footwear. The Company’s offer includes leisure footwear, urban shoes, elegant shoes and trekking boots. It also sells socks and leather accessories and operates through the Internet store. The Company has a presence in a number of countries, including Slovakia, Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Germany, the Czech Republic, France and others. On January 3, 2014, the Company acquired 100% stake in Wojas Shoes sro, the Czech Republic. On July 23, 2014, 83.85% of the Company's shares were transferred to AW Invest Sp. z o.o. It operates through Wojas Bel Sp z o o.
