COMMITTEE CHANGES

Ticker: WIZZ

Geneva, 4 September 2024: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), the most
environmentally sustainable European airline, announces that Barry Eccleston,
Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, and Chair of the Remuneration
Committee, has informed the Board that, due to personal reasons, he has
elected to take a temporary leave of absence.

During Barry's leave of absence, with immediate effect, Stephen Johnson,
Deputy Chair, and current observer of the Remuneration Committee, will assume
the role of Interim Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Stephen brings a
wealth of experience in managing shareholder relations and executive
remuneration within the airline industry. With extensive executive and
non-executive board experience, he has consistently ensured good governance.
Given his recognised expertise in the airline industry and his alignment with
the interests of shareholders, the Board is of the view that Stephen is best
placed to Chair the Remuneration Committee on an interim basis.

Other Committee changes will be announced in due course.

Aside from the information set out in the announcement above, no further
information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
