Notice of AGM

 

Wishbone Gold Plc (AIM: WSBN, AQSE: WSBN), today announces that its annual
general meeting of shareholders ("AGM") will be held on 28(th) August 2024 at
9:30am (CET) at Hassans International Law Firm, Madison Building, Midtown,
Queensway, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar.

 

The AGM has been delayed following the passing of one of the non-executive
directors in April and the back injury the Chairman has sustained that
required surgery and long recovery. We apologise for the delay.

 

A letter to shareholders on the AGM will be posted, and copies of the notice
and forms can be found on the Company's website www.wishbonegold.com
