Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics
and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, announces that on 30 May 2024, Sharon
Daly, Non-executive Director, purchased 4,080 ordinary shares of 25p each in
the Company at a price of 490p per share.

Following this purchase, Sharon Daly has a beneficial interest in 4,080
ordinary shares in the Company.

W7 is sold in the UK primarily to major retailers and internationally to local
distributors or retail chains. The Technic brand is sold in the UK and
