Profile Summary
Wagners Holding Company Limited is an Australia-based producer of construction materials and services for Australian and international markets. It operates through three segments: Construction Materials & Services (CMS), Composite Fibre Technology (CFT) and Earth Friendly Concrete (EFC). The CMS segment supplies a range of construction materials and services predominantly to customers in the construction, infrastructure, and resource industries. Its key products include cement, fly ash, ready-mix concrete, precast concrete products, aggregates and reinforcing steel. Its services include mobile concrete, crushing and haulage services, and are provided via medium to long-term contracts both domestically and internationally. Its CFT segment provides environmentally sustainable new generation building materials through composite fiber technology (CFT). Its EFC segment provides environmentally sustainable new generation building materials through earth friendly concrete (EFC) technology.
