Volvere (AIM:VLE), the growth and turnaround investment company, announces
that yesterday it has posted to shareholders hard copies (for those
shareholders who have not elected to receive electronic communication from the
Company) of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year
ended 31 December 2023, together with notice of its Annual General Meeting,
which is to be held at 12:00pm on Friday 28 June 2024, at Buchler Phillips, 64
North Row, London, W1K 7DA.
