Block Listing Application

 

Victrex plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the
Financial Conduct Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing
totaling 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, to be admitted to The
Official List and to trading on the premium segment of the Main Market of the
London Stock Exchange. The ordinary shares, when issued, will rank pari passu
in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

 

All of these ordinary shares are being reserved under an extension to an
existing block listing and will be reserved for the future exercises of share
options pursuant to the following schemes:

 Scheme                             Amount
 2015 Executive Share Option Plan   135,000
 2015 Employee Stock Purchase Plan    15,000

 

 

 

 

 

It is expected that admission will become effective at 8am on 17 June 2024.
