Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) advises that it received notification on 17 May 2024
that on that date, Philippe Hamers, Group Chief Executive, purchased 9,633
Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each.

 

Following the purchase, Philippe Hamers' interest in the Company is 261,648
Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.23 per cent of the issued share capital of
the Company.
