Exercise of Options, Director Dealings and Total Voting Rights

 

Venture Life (AIM: VLG), a leader in developing, manufacturing and
commercialising products for the international self-care market, announces
that, on 21 August 2024, it has issued 404,599 new ordinary shares of 0.3
pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following an
exercise of options pursuant to the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan
("LTIP") by Jerry Randall (Chief Executive Officer) and Gianluca Brugati
(Chief Manufacturing Officer) (together the "Exercising Directors").

Following the option exercise described above, the Exercising Directors'
beneficial interests in the Company are set out below:

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 404,599 new
Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is
expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at
8.00 a.m. on 29 August 2024.

Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be
127,052,312 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be
127,052,312. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
