Profile Summary
Vapor Group, Inc. is a holding company. The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, VPOR, Inc., a bulk wholesaler of high quality, raw hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) in a range of forms that are sold to various manufacturers and distributors nationwide. Its CBD product line consists of full-spectrum CBD oil, crystalline CBD isolate, nano full-spectrum CBD oil and powder. It designs, manufactures and markets vaporizers and electronic e-cigarette brands and custom-formulated high-purity e-liquids. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Simple Cork, Inc., www.simplecork.com, the Company has developed a new multi-nationally patented combination wine bottle cork/opener. Its products are sold under the Vapor Group, Total Vapor, Vapor 123 and Vapor Products brands. It also intends to acquire and develop a portfolio of proprietary products and services to market, license and sell globally.
