Board Appointment 
The Company is pleased to announce that John Zorbas, the Company's CEO since June 2014, has been appointed to the Board of URU with immediate effect. 
Mr Zorbas is currently Executive Chairman of NWT Uranium Corporation ("NWT"). NWT is interested in 70,382,453 shares representing 21.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Zorbas was nominated to join the Board by NWT as the NWT Director, pursuant to the terms of the relationship agreement dated 20 April 2010 between the Company and NWT (the "Relationship Agreement") and as the replacement in that capacity of David Subotic. Mr. Subotic no longer has any relationship with NWT and is therefore not considered by the Company to be a representative of NWT under the Relationship Agreement. David Subotic remains the Company's Executive Chairman.
The following additional information is provided in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies:
Mr Zorbas, 45, is interested in 11,700,000 shares in the Company and holds options over 3,000,000 shares in the Company.
