Result of Annual General Meeting

The board of directors of Urban Logistics (LON: SHED), the specialist UK
logistics REIT, is pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting of
the Company held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

The results of the poll, including the proxy voting, are as follows:
