Sub: Intimation regarding 40(th) Annual General Meeting and Book Closure for
dividend payment

 

We would like to inform you that the 40(th) Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of
UPL Limited has been scheduled on Tuesday, 27(th) August 2024 through Video
Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means.

 

The books of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, 13(th) August 2024
to Tuesday, 27(th) August 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of
payment of dividend.
