 Unicorn Mineral Resources Plc (LSE: UMR), a mineral exploration and
 development company based in Ireland exploring for zinc, lead, copper and
 silver, was informed on 5 June 2024 of the following purchase of 182,500
 ordinary shares by Orla O'Donnchadha, the wife of Patrick Doherty,
 Director/PDMR of the Company, and her pension.
