("Tungsten West", the "Company" or the "Group")

AMENDMENT TO NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Tungsten West (LON:TUN) confirms that in the formal Notice of Annual General
Meeting sent to shareholders on 1 November 2024 ("Original Notice of AGM"),
the maximum nominal amount in connection with resolutions 5 and 6 was
incorrectly stated and should be £5,994,813.98.

As a result of the above amendments, the Company is sending shareholders an
amended Notice of Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
will now be on Tuesday 3 December 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (GMT). The AGM will be
held at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau LLP, 60 Gracechurch St, London,
EC3V 0HR.

If you have already completed and submitted a Form of Proxy pursuant to the
Original Notice of AGM, the Company's Registrars will treat it as valid unless
a new Form of Proxy is completed and returned in accordance with the
instructions detailed in the amended Notice of Annual General Meeting.
Shareholders who have already voted should submit a new proxy vote if they
wish to amend their previous vote. If you submit more than one valid proxy,
the proxy received last before the latest time for the receipt of proxies will
take precedence.

The amended Notice of AGM, detailing all proposed resolutions, is now
available on the Company's website, www.tungstenwest.com
