Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

 

Tufton Oceanic Assets announces the result of its Extraordinary General
Meeting ("EGM") held at 11:00 a.m. on 11 June 2024. Resolutions 1-2 inclusive
were duly passed by way of a poll.

 

The full results of the EGM were as follows:

proportion of votes 'for' and 'against' a resolution.

 

As at the date of the EGM, the number of ordinary shares in issue, and
therefore the total number of voting rights was 291,632,541.
