Tuan Sing Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company, which engages in real estate investment, real estate development and hospitality. It has four segments, namely Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Development, Hospitality, and Other Investments. The Real Estate Investment segment engages in property investments in Singapore, Australia, Indonesia and China. The Real Estate Development segment engages in property development and provision of construction management services in Singapore and Indonesia. The Hospitality segment engages in investment in hotels in Melbourne and Perth, Australia, managed by Hyatt, the hotel operator. The Other Investments segment engages in investment in Gul Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Pan-West (Private) Limited, as well as manufacturing of polypropylene woven bags in Malaysia. Its subsidiaries include Calypso Construction Management Pte. Ltd., Gerbera Land Pte. Ltd., Oxley Development Pte Ltd, among others.
