Tu Yi Holding Company Limited is a China-based company that provides outbound travel products and services. The Company operates its business through five segments. The Package Tours and Day Tours Segment is engaged in the design, development and sales of outbound travel package tours and day tours. The Free and Independent Travelers (FIT) Products segment provides FIT Products include flight-only booking, hotel-only booking and flight-plus-hotel packages. The Visa Application Processing Services segment provides visa application processing services, including but not limited to, issuance of letters of invitation. The Ancillary Travel-related Products and Services segment provides stand-alone issuance of letters of invitation to other travel agencies which do not have such qualifications to issue letters of invitation, car-rental services, airport transportation, railway tickets and pocket Wi-Fi rental services. The Operation segment mainly operates Shizuoka Hotel and the Tokyo Hotel.
