Directorate change and appointment of CFO

 

Tribe Technology PLC (AIM: TRYB), a disruptive technology-first developer and
manufacturer of

world-class autonomous mining equipment, announces that, further to the
Company's notification on 10 January 2024, Eric Hampel has today formally
stepped down from his position as chief financial officer ("CFO") and director
of the Company.

 

Separately, and further to the Company's notification on 30 May 2024, we are
pleased to report that Kirsty McShane has now joined the Company as CFO
(non-board).

 

Kirsty is ACA qualified and joins Tribe Tech from Bamford Bus Company Ltd,
trading under Wrightbus, where she was Group Finance Director. As part of her
responsibilities, Kirsty was responsible for forming the new management team
for Bamford Bus Company post-acquisition.

 

During this time, Kirsty gained invaluable experience with Wright Group Ltd
becoming Finance Director in September 2018. Prior to Wright Group, Kirsty was
Senior Associate and Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance at
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

 

It is the Company's intention that Kirsty McShane will join the board of
directors of the Company (the "Board") following the satisfactory completion
of her probationary period. Following this, a further announcement will be
made to confirm Kirsty McShane's appointment to the Board.
