Profile Summary
TomCo Energy Plc is an oil exploration and development company. The Company is focused on using technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, initially in Utah, United States. The principal activity of the Company is to develop, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Greenfield Energy LLC, the oil sands resources contained in the Tar Sands Holdings II LLC (TSHII) site via the exploitation of separation technology to achieve sustained future production. It is engaged in the construction of two oil sands separation plants capable of processing at least 6,000 tons per day of oil sands in Utah, United States. The Greenfield oil sand remediation plant is located to the Northwest of Vernal Utah. The Company also holds a 100% interest in nine oil shale leases, covering approximately 15,488 acres in Uintah County, Utah, the United States. The Company has approximately 10% ownership and membership rights and interests in TSHII, through Greenfield.
