The Directors propose an ordinary dividend of 8.25 pence per Ordinary Share. If approved by shareholders at the AGM, to be held on 13 July 2017, the dividend will be payable on 20 July 2017 to shareholders on the register on 16 June 2017. The ex-dividend date is 15 June 2017.
