RIS ANNOUNCEMENT GIVING NOTICE OF THE EFFECTIVE DELISTING AND CANCELLATION OF TRADING OF THE GDSs
23rd October 2017 - TECO ELECTRIC & MACHINERY CO., LTD. ("TECO" or the "Company") -Effective delisting of GDSs from standard listing segment of the Official List (the "Official List") of the Financial Conduct Authority and cancellation of trading on London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange").
Further to its announcement on 1st August 2017, TECO ELECTRIC & MACHINERY CO., LTD. hereby announces that:
(i) TECO ELECTRIC & MACHINERY COMPANY CO. LTD. GDR (EACH REPR 10 ORD TWD10) (TECD, ISIN US8787572028, REG S); and
(ii) TECO ELECTRIC & MACHINERY COMPANY CO. LTD. GDR (REPR 10 SHS TWD10) (TECA, ISINUS8787571038, 144A)
(together, the "GDSs"), are cancelled from admission to trading on the LSE and the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority with effect from the time and date of this notice.
