and publisher of premium video games and apps, announces that the Company's
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("Annual
Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of Meeting") have been
posted to shareholders and are now available to download from the Company's

Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 9.30 a.m. on
Wednesday, 19 June 2024 at UKIE, 18a Blackbull Yard, Hatton Wall, London, EC1N
8JH.

 

The voting results of all resolutions put before the AGM will be announced
