Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 3:00
p.m. (IST) via two-way Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means.

 

The Company has, today i.e. June 22, 2024, sent the 9(th) Integrated Report
& 117(th) Annual Accounts for FY 2023-24 including the Notice convening
the 117(th) AGM and the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for
FY2023-24, through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are
registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent/Depository
Participant/Depositories.
