This is to inform you that, Moody's, an international credit rating agency,
has today, i.e.

August 28, 2024, re-affirmed the long-term issuer rating of Tata Steel Limited
at 'Baa3' with 'Stable Outlook'.

 

The report from Moody's providing the rationale for re-affirmation of the
rating is enclosed for reference.

 

This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A
of Schedule III and Regulation 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
