Director/PDMR dealings

 

Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance
systems, has been notified that the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved
Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") reinvested the Company's final
dividend paid on 3 May 2024 and purchased 2,113 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £1.8385 per share, in accordance
with the ESAP's rules, on 14 May 2024.

 

As a result of this purchase, the Company has been notified that the following
Executive Director and a PDMR have acquired the following interests in
Ordinary Shares:
