The SI Brand segment is engaged in the research, development, manufacture, and distribution of SI branded minimally invasive devices. The OEM segment includes the research, development, manufacture, and distribution of minimally invasive devices for third party medical device companies through their own label or co-branding. It also includes research, development, manufacture, and sale of minimally invasive technology products for precision engineering applications. The Distribution segment is engaged in the distribution of specialist medical products sold by Elemental Healthcare Ltd.
