Profile Summary
Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The Trust invests primarily in real estate used for retail and office purposes, both in Singapore and overseas, with the objective of delivering regular and stable distributions to unitholders and to achieve long-term growth in the net asset value per unit. It has over nine properties in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Japan and China. These properties comprise interests in Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann City on Orchard Road in Singapore; Myer Centre Adelaide, David Jones Building and Plaza Arcade in Adelaide and Perth, Australia; The Starhill and the Lot 10 Property in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; a retail property in Chengdu, China, and over two properties in Tokyo, Japan. It is managed by YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Limited. Its subsidiaries include Starhill Global REIT Japan SPC One Pte Ltd, Starhill Global REIT One TMK, Starhill Global ML K.K., and other.
