Therefore, on 16 April 2025, the CMA served an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 on Kpler Holding SA, exactEarth Ltd (Canada) and its subsidiary exactEarth Europe Limited (UK). The initial enforcement order will take effect upon completion of the Merger.
