Solarbank Corporation is a Canada-based company, which is a full-service solar developer. It is engaged in the development and operation of solar photovoltaic power generation projects in the provinces of Ontario and New York state. Its development and construction of solar photovoltaic power generation projects in two principal geographical areas - Canada and the United States. The Company develops solar projects that sell electricity to utilities, commercial, industrial, municipal and residential off-takers. The Company maximizes returns via a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple solar markets including projects with utilities, host off-takers, community solar, and virtual net metering projects. The Company has a potential development pipeline of over one gigawatt and has developed renewable and clean energy projects with a combined capacity of over 70 megawatts (MW) built. The Company holds solar projects located in Ontario with a combined capacity of 2.5 MW.
