Profile Summary
Sogefi SpA is an Italy-based company primarily engaged as a global supplier of parts for the automotive industry. The Company designs, develops and produces flexible suspension components as well as air management and engine cooling systems. The Company’s activities are divided into two segments: Air and Cooling Business Unit focused on the design and manufacture of high-tech thermoplastic components for vehicles, which replace the metal parts, achieving benefits in terms of price, weight, and CO2 emissions. The Company’s product lines provide solutions such as, emobility on fuel cell and electrical vehicle applications. Suspension Business Unit produces a range of products including coil springs, stabilizer bars, torsion bars, stabilinkers, leaf springs, which are engineered in collaboration with different automotive manufacturers. Those products are designed to be used within cars, light and heavy commercial vehicles, earth-moving equipment and rolling wagons, among others.
