Change of Administrator and Registered Office

 

 

The Board announces that, with effect from 1 June 2024, the administration of
the Company and its  subsidiaries will be transferred from BNP Paribas S.A.
(Guernsey Branch) to Elysium Fund Management Limited.

 

The registered office for the Company and its subsidiaries will also change
and will be First Floor, Royal Chambers, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port,
Guernsey GY1 3JX.
