Profile Summary
Silicon Metals Corp., formerly West Oak Gold Corp., is focused on developing sustainable high-purity silica solutions. The Company is focused on exploration in western Canada, namely British Columbia. The Company holds an undivided 100% right, title and interest in the Ptarmigan Silica Project located approximately 130 kilometers (km) from Valemount, British Columbia, and has an option to explore the Hedge Hog Project located about 15 km north of the town of Wells in the Caribou Mining Division of central British Columbia. The Ptarmigan Silica Project is 2,300 hectares (ha) with the potential for expansion along the strike. The property is located within the Rocky Mountain Trench, on the western flank of the Rocky Mountains, and the Fraser River valley. The Hedge Hog Project covers approximately 2784.4 ha in central British Columbia, making it a significant landholding for mineral exploration.
