Signaux Girod SA is a France-based company engaged in the design, development, installation, maintenance and lease of signs and associated products. The Company operates in nine product families: traffic signage, directional signage, signage for streets and sites, local information, temporary signage, roadway equipment, urban development, vehicle safety and marking and supports and accessories. Signaux Girod SA has 36 decentralized sites in France, responsible for vertical highway signage, horizontal signage and road zoning and worksite signage services. It also has five specialized subsidiaries in France, responsible for electronic signage, urban furniture, furniture for visual communication, floral decoration, and adhesive visual identity materials. The Company also leases safety and security products, such as temporary signs for working sites.
