Profile Summary
Sierra Nevada Gold Inc. is engaged in the exploration and acquisition of precious and base metal projects in the highly prospective mineral trends in Nevada. The Company is exploring five 100%-controlled projects in Nevada, comprising four gold and silver projects and a large copper/gold porphyry project. projects include Blackhawk, Colorback, Warrior, New Pass, and Generative. The Blackhawk Project is located within the Excelsior Mountain Range, Mineral County, Nevada. The Blackhawk Project consists of 636 contiguous 20-acre claims covering 49 square kilometers (km2). The Colorback Project is in the northwest trending Battle Mountain Trend of central Nevada and is prospective for Carlin style gold deposits. The Colorback Project consists of 42 contiguous 20 acre claims and covers an area of 3.4 km2. The Warrior project is located within the Walker Lane Trend of southern Nevada. The New Pass Project consists of 188 contiguous 20 acre claims and covers an area of 15 km2.
