shares issued between 2018 and 2022 under the Capital & Counties
Properties PLC Performance Share Plan 2017, a replacement block listing return
to restate the number of shares issued under the former Capital & Counties
Properties PLC Performance Share Plan and Matching Share Plan since 19 March
2018 is provided below.

 

As no awards remain outstanding under the Capital & Counties Performance
Share Plan or Matching Share Plan and the schemes have closed, this is the
