Director Dealing

 

Seed Capital Solutions plc (LON: SCSP) ("Seed Capital"), a Company formed for
the purpose of acquiring a business or businesses operating in market sectors
that can display strong ESG credentials, is pleased to announce that on June
5(th) 2024, CEO, John Zorbas, has beneficially acquired through his company
Corrales Trading Limited ("Corrales") 10,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.0025
each as part of an off market transaction under which Mr Zorbas agreed to
settle the outstanding liability of £75,000 of AMI Assets SA ("AMI") relating
to AMI's agreement to subscribe for new share capital on the Company's
Admission to listing on the London Stock Exchange last year.

 

In consideration for this undertaking, AMI has transferred the shares
allocated to it under the subscription agreement to Corrales.  On the
completion of this transaction, Corrales has a beneficial interest in
10,000,000 ordinary shares representing 5.39% of the issued share capital, as
follows:
