SDX Energy Plc is a United Kingdom-based international energy company. The Company is engaged in the business of upstream oil and gas exploration and production. It has portfolio of production, development, and exploration assets across North Africa. The Company has portfolio contains interests in six concessions in Egypt and Morocco. In Egypt, it has a working interest in two producing assets, such as 36.9/67% operated interest in the South Disouq concession in the Nile Delta and a 50% non-operated interest in the West Gharib concession located onshore in the Eastern Desert adjacent to the Gulf of Suez. In Morocco, the Company has a 75% operated working interest in four exploration permits, all situated in the Gharb Basin. The South Disouq concession comprises three development leases, the South Disouq development lease, Ibn Yunus development lease and Ibn Yunus North development lease, and an exploration extension area to the south of the South Disouq development lease.
