SBS Transit Ltd is a Singapore-based company that is engaged in the provision of public transport services, such as bus and rail services. The Company operates approximately 222 bus services with a fleet of over 3,572 buses. It operates approximately 78 stations, comprising 16 MRT stations on the North East Line (NEL), 34 MRT stations on the Downtown Line (DTL), and 28 Light Rail Transit (LRT) stations on the Sengkang-Punggol LRT (SPLRT) systems. It operates through two segments: Public Transport Services and Other Commercial Services. The Public Transport Services segment is engaged in the provision of bus and rail services to commuters traveling on public transport systems. The Other Commercial Services segment is engaged in advertisements on buses and trains and at bus interchanges and rail stations, and rental collections from commercial and shop space at bus interchanges and rail stations. Its subsidiaries include SBS Transit Rail Pte. Ltd and SBS Transit Mobility Pte. Ltd.
