ADRIANA KARABOUTIS APPOINTED NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF AUTOLIV INC

LONDON, 16 September 2024 - Autoliv Inc today announced the appointment of
Adriana Karaboutis, who is an independent Non-Executive Director, as a new
independent Non-Executive Director of Autoliv Inc with effect from 13
September 2024.

This announcement is issued in accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14 of the
