Safestyle UK plc is a United Kingdom-based company that is primarily engaged in the sale, manufacture and installation of replacement un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVCu) windows and doors for the United Kingdom homeowner market. The Company operates through the sale, design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of domestic, double-glazed replacement windows and doors segment. The Company offers over 20 composite doors, approximately 16 color finishes, over three window types, over three garden doors, approximately seven furniture colors, over PVCu color, approximately 11 PVCu door designs over 10 privacy glass options, and also offers a range of furniture and handle options, including a variety of door knockers to choose from, letter plates, spy holes, safety chains, numbers and others. The Company has over 29 sales branches and approximately 14 installation depots across the United Kingdom. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Style Group Holdings Limited.
