Safestay PLC (AIM: SSTY), one of Europe's largest hostel groups, is pleased to
announce that at its Annual General Meeting, held on 15 August 2024 at 9:00am
at Safestay London Elephant & Castle, all the resolutions as set out in
the Notice of Annual General Meeting were passed.
