Dear Shareholder,
We are writing to you as a shareholder of the Company ("Shareholder") to
inform you of the following upcoming changes to the Funds.
Capitalised terms used herein, unless otherwise defined, shall have the same
meaning as given to them in the prospectus of the Company (the "Prospectus").
1. Index Renaming
The board of directors of the Company hereby informs you as a Shareholder of
the Funds that the underlying indices of the Fund will be updated to the "New
Index Names" as set out in the table below.

For Funds administrated by MSCI Limited, the changes will be implemented on 3
February 2025.
For the Fund administrated by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC the changes will
be implemented on 10 February 2025.
For the avoidance of doubt each Fund's investment objective, investment
policy, risk profile and fees will remain unchanged.
2. Name Change
In addition, the name of the Funds will be updated to the "New Name" as set
out in the table below to align with the respective New Index Names.

3. Rights of Shareholders and Procedural Aspects
The renaming of the Current Indices will enter into force on 3 February 2025
for funds administrated by MSCI Limited and 10 February 2025 for the Fund
administrated by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC.
Shareholders may contact the manager of the Company, UBS Fund Management
(Ireland) Limited (the "Manager"), to obtain additional information on the
intended change to the index.
The Prospectus, together with the updated supplement relating to the Fund, the
updated Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs) and PRIIPs Key Information
Documents (KIDs) for the Fund, and the constitution of the Company will be
available free of charge at the Company's registered office at 2(nd) Floor, 5
Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, Ireland and online at www.ubs.com/etf, and/or
free of charge from the local representatives in the countries where the
Company is registered, including in Switzerland from UBS Fund Management
(Switzerland) AG, Aeschenplatz 6, 40552 Basel, Switzerland, which acts as
Swiss Representative, and UBS Switzerland AG, Bahnhofstrasse 45, CH-8090
Zurich, Switzerland, which acts as the Swiss Paying.
