There have been revisions to certain ratings assigned by DBRS Ratings Limited
("DBRS") and S&P Global Ratings UK Limited ("S&P") to the Prospectus
dated 28 May 2024 in respect of the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes and the
Class X Notes. The ratings of these Notes have been revised in accordance with
the table below (the "Final Assigned Ratings"). The Final Assigned Ratings are
higher than the ratings that were assigned to the respective Notes in the
Prospectus.
