The Company has issued an announcement in response to S&P Global Ratings
raising its long-term issuer credit rating to 'A+' from 'A'. The outlook is
stable. S&P Global Ratings also raised its issue rating on the £250
million bond issued by CKH's funding vehicle, Cambridgeshire Housing Capital
PLC (CHC), to 'A+' from 'A'.
